Government Jobs

While in the midst of your job search, remember that government jobs are always available. Government opportunities encompass all majors. To further investigate, I would suggest using www.usajobs.org. This site allows job seekers to search for jobs all over the country in numerous fields and departments. Divided into sections for specific populations (veterans, individuals with disabilities, senior executives , students and recent grads), this website serves a wide range of people. The Students and Recent Grad section contains information on how to search and apply for government jobs or programs. This is a great resource for those interested in working for the government.

Check out the website www.usajobs.gov . If you find a position of interest, print it out and make an appointment with a career advisor. Career Services can help with the steps involved in applying for the position. Our office is located in Room 104, Bonds, and our phone number is 440.826.2101.
